coinsly.gg TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General provisions

These Terms define the rules for selling digital products through coinsly.gg.com. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these Terms.

2. Seller details

The seller is coinsly.gg, sole proprietorship registered in CEIDG, NIP:, REGON:, based in Warszawa, Poland. Contact email: [email protected]. The seller is not a VAT payer and does not issue VAT invoices.

3. Products

The service offers in-game currency delivery for supported games and platforms. Orders are processed electronically after payment is confirmed.

4. Transactions

The buyer is required to pay the agreed price, provide correct delivery details and follow the preparation instructions shown during checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed using methods available on the website. Order fulfillment starts after successful payment authorization.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may not apply once fulfillment starts with the buyer's consent and acknowledgement of losing that right.

7. Complaints

Complaints should be sent by email to [email protected]. The seller reviews complaints within 14 days. If accepted, the seller may redeliver, replace the product or refund all or part of the payment.

8. Liability

The seller is liable under applicable law. For non-consumer buyers, liability is limited to the value of the transaction concerned.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed only to fulfill orders and handle transaction-related contact, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Final provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code. These Terms become effective on publication.
